Acclaimed Irish/Swiss pianist John Wolf Brennan is a fluent
improviser and gifted composer "inside and outside the piano"
(prepared and unprepared). He has performed across Europe, Russia,
Japan, Canada and the US with creative music virtuosi such as Paul
Rutherford, Robert Dick, Daniele Patumi, Evan Parker, Nana
Vasconcelos and Urs Leimgruber. He has recorded four solo CDs and
many others as a member of Pago Libre, Aurealis, Nisajo, Groupe
Lacroix, The Creative Works Orchestra and others.
Flutist Diane Grubbe has performed with orchestras in the United
States and Europe. As a chamber musician, she has performed on most
of the Bay Area music series as well as in New York, Los Angeles,
Paris and Siena. She has also appeared with many Bay Area world
music and creative music artists including Habib Khan, Electric
Theatre and others.
