Keep in mind that the US is an interesting market for the Swiss companies,
but not vice versa. Also, Calls to Canada and the UK are 5cts/min. The US
are a very isolated market. Most long-dist. calls happen within the US.
Hence, there is not that much competition for private parties calling
internationally.
