Question to Laurent Piguet and to anyone else who
has any idea of the answer:

Are the taxes based on the CH salary before you left
Switzerland (I assume in 1993) or on your US salary
just the year before you returned to Switzerland (I
assume in 2000)? The second case would be really
unfair and you would have paid too much!
