Dear Swiss-list,

the wireless start-up company I work for in FL is most probably not able to get a next round of financing. Luckily, I found a new job in Fremont, CA 94538 and will move in about 3 weeks.

As I am not familiar with the area, I was wondering if somebody knows about a 1-2 bedroom apartment or apartment complex in or around Fremont for a reasonable rent and not too much noise ? Are there certain areas in Fremont which are not very desirable to live or is it in general a save place ?
