Dear Boston Friend of Switzerland,
We are pleased to announce that Swiss House for Advanced Research and
Education (SHARE), the unique consulate of Switzerland, is celebrating its
opening with a weeklong series of events from October 10 to October 13, 2000.
Each evening will start at 6 PM and feature discussions and interactions with
prominent panelists, as well as music and ample networking opportunities
during a reception.
Currently, we are very glad to invite you to one of the following evenings:
OCTOBER 11 : NEW ECONOMY
* Topic of discussion: "Can the old world make its way to the new economy?"
* Panelists:
- Paul Sagan, President and COO, Akamai Technologies

- Ralph Lewin, President of the Canton of Basel, Switzerland

* Dance and celebrate with the band "In-House" playing your favorite tunes
from the 60s to today's best music
