 In 2006, you needed to earn $970 to receive one credit and you can't earn more than 4 credit/year
 thus if you earned a minimum of 4*970 = $ 3880 in 2006 weather you worked 1 month or 12 month you would have earned 4 credits
 that amount might be increased for 2007,
 the personalized statement you receive is usually 1-2 year behind
