If a company wants to hire You, they have to sponsor You an O1-visa
(visa for foreign workers with extraordinary ability):

There's no cap on this type of visa.
To my knowledge, there's no other way, no treaty between Switzerland or
the USA or whatsoever. The US company has to show, that they were
unable to find a US-citizen with the same qualifications like You to do
the job.
It's more difficult to get such an O1-visa, but not impossible.
