I found these phone cards in another forum, they work best and are the cheapest I have found.

I am using the "Cardinal" card on http://cheapphonecards.pushline.com
for all my calls to Europe and the US.

* 2.0 c/minute within the US (anywhere, anytime!!)
* 3.0 c/minute to Switzerland
* No monthly or any other fees, no per call fees, 1 min increment

Other advantages:
     NO long distance bills any more
     NO Interstate/intrastate/zone3 calls, bills, confusion and rip-offs any more
     NO taxes, NO surcharges etc. etc.
