swiss-list: which long-distance phone carrier?

Hi all,
In the past, I've always found the Swisslisters to be of excellent
advice regarding telephone long-distance plans. I currently use Isterra
for long-distance, and skype for voip, but Isterra has become too
expensive for my liking, and skype's sound quality is sometimes
not-so-great...

So, what are the current best deals for long-distance domestic (a lot)
and international (a few calls to CH)?
