I still have my DirectNet account, have less than 50K in it and use it all the
time, including for payments. When I first moved to the US three years ago, CS
closed my DN access but about a year ago they have changed the policy and have
opened it up again to US residents. The fees are quite high though - I pay
about 250 CHF per year to keep my current accounts and e-banking access. You
should call CS at the headoffice where they manage all US residents, they will
be able to explain the current policy...
