Excellent remarks...
Perhaps we could persuade somebody to come up with a kit: provide the
chocolate batons and the fancy box, a small funnel and a recipe for the
Kirsch-based syrup, the customer gets his/her own Kirsch and completes
the tasty treat...

That's essentially how we do with "kit cars" (road legal, 200hp, 1100
lbs, no airbag/bumper/radio/ABS/other junk... 0-60 in less than 4s)

PS: based on past disasters with transportation of Batons au Kirsch, I
carried the last "shipment" in a hard box. I've had only one data point
with this technique, so I don't know yet if that is really the solution.
  Anyway, at least this time they were not crushed amongst my clothing...
