Hello Wei Zhang and all hobby cooks who signed up to the Swiss-List,

There is an excellent recipe collection at the website of the university of
Kaiserslautern: http://www.han.de/cgi-bin/stichwort. This is the most complete
on-line recipe collection that I know, and I have successfully tried out a
number of them. If you can't find a recipe, you very likely will find it there.

They also have a recipe for Glühwein:

The collection is in German only. If this is a problem for somebody, send me an
e-mail and I will translate the recipe you are interested in into English.
