Ralf, I have a question about the 5 year requirement.
If a person has not paid in for more than 5 years and
leaves CH, but then comes back and, for example, works
in CH for 10 years before retiring, they are still not
eligible? Does that mean for those 10 years that the
employer doesn't take 5% and the person doesn't have
to pay 5% as well? Or do you just have to pay in
anyway and get nothing?
