swiss-list: J1-2 in H1

Hi everybody,

It seems not so easy to exchange J1 and J2 visas into H1 (if both of them are
working). Does anybody have such experience?

and do you know what happens if you have a J1 visa related
to a university, and that you want to work in a company?? is it possible? I
imagine that you have to find a company, who is sponsonring you....
