Hi Nico
we did 2 years ago - but aren't sure anymore if we would do it again...
at least not until the major part of the greencard process has passed,
and, ...with a better(ing) economy. We had no trouble at all to get the
money/lender - and for a good
price... but keeping up with payments when (possibly) not living in the
area anymore and without the taxbenefits - mortgage deduction and free
capital gain... it's not a simple decision.
