Hi,

has anyone ever bought a house while still on an H1-B visa? We are
considering to do this, but are somewhat worried about the case that we
have a house and the greencard gets declined, for whatever reason. I've
been told that this is unlikely, but in a post 9/11 world you never
know. If you did this, did you take any precaution for that event?
