Good morning,

as the tax topic got started, I have a question regarding the tax situation
when one returns to Europe or CH. I have been told that you keep on paying
taxes to the US a year after the year you leave. If you leave now, jan 2003 you
pay taxes in 2003 and 2004! And this with an H1B visa or a green card.

Do you know anything about that, what is the experience of poeple who recently
moved back?
