Area of operation:

Sales support with a close cooperation to the engineering department

Travel time abroad

Approx. 30-50%

Description /Purpose
of the position:

Understanding and solving of customer specific problems;

Support the sales department.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

Assist the sales team in managing account relationships;

Support the sales team with customer visits, presentations and support;

Coordinate with the engineering team;

Understand and solve customer specific problems;

Support customers with design-in of our products;

Develop customer-related solutions;

Define and implement system architecture;

Training of sales reps and distis;

Analysis and benchmark testing of competitive products;

Identify opportunities consistent with product capabilities;

Track and advise on evolving/developing related technologies;

Representation at exhibitions, trade shows and sales meetings;

Coordinate product launches, promotional activities and manufacturing
release of new products.

Requirements

Bachelor/Master Electronics;

Industrial experience as application engineer and/or field application
engineering is an advantage;

Excellent use of PCB classical design tools;

Experienced in semiconductor assembly/packaging materials and
techniques;

Good knowledge in microwave frequency circuits (DC-10GHz);

Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills, problem
solver, team player, initiative, excellent customer oriented;

English and German; Italian is an advantage.
