hi,

recently i moved from switzerland to NC, Charlotte and got married to a
US citizen. in order to be able to work and live in the USA, we applied
for a non-permanent residence visa that entitle me to receive my green
card 1 year later the delivery of this visa. it takes 4-6 weeks for the
INS to deliver a processing date. then 1-3 months to get a work permit.
1 year since this processing date to receive the green card as they want
to see a joined tax report.
