swiss-list: fulbright/ no objection waiver

Hi,

Has anybody from the list received a Fulbright fellowship
and managed to get the two-year home rule waiver accepted
based on the "no objection" statement?

 From the websites, it seems to be generally not accepted.
I'll be glad to hear from you. This is not for me, but for
a friend of mine (no kidding).
