you'll be able to find all the ingredients in the bay area, at least in
berkeley. they have great cheese at the cheese board on shattuck and they even
have cheese at andronicos and safeways. so you don't have to bring this packed
stuff from home.

maizena is called mais starch or corn starch or something like that and they
do have it def. at andronicos, same goes for kirsch.

and also brennsprit is no problem!
