Eric:

I had to translate and certify my licence and "transcripts" (grades) from the
University of Lausanne to get admitted into a US Master program. What I did
is translate the documents myself and then have them "notarized" by the
administration at University of Lausanne.

Depending on the cooperation level of officials at your university, this
might be an easy solution for you.
