I received quite some responses and will post a summary here in a couple
of days, so keep them replies coming. The winner so far is *1*
cent/minute (although there is a catch...) ! We may put this on the web
site, I think it's quite useful info.

BUT STILL: can it be true that regular calls to Switzerland (no calling
cards) are more expensive than from Switzerland to the US ? And this in
a country where deregulation happened years ago vs. Switzerland where it
happened 2 years ago ?

Whoever administers the web site, I remember you were looking for
volunteers some time ago...
