swiss-list: Cheapest phone calls to Switzerland ?

I was under the impression that calls in the US are pretty cheap, but
now that diax in Switzerland offer 9 Rappen (!) for calls to the US *any
time*, and I'm currently paying 14 *cents* with IDT, I need to
re-evaluate.

So I'd like to know who pays less than 14 cents.
Anyone ?
