Check http://travel.state.gov/ and type "lottery" under SEARCH.
The lottery for 1998 finished on Oct. 31, 1998 so I could not find their web
page. They usually have one when
the "hunting" season is open.

Can anybody help me to get information in regards to the
green card/permanent visa lottery that's being held once a year
(I believe)?
Is there a website?
