swiss-list: Error in the DV-2000 flyer from UC Berkeley SISS

Hello,

I recently received a flyer from UC Berkeley Service for International
Student and Scholar (SISS) titled <<1999 "GREEN CARD LOTTERY">>.

In the mailing instruction, there is an outline of what the enveloppe
should look like. The address on it reads "DV-99 Program..." It should
be "DV-2000 Program..." (at least according to the instructions given
in the ASCII version of http://travel.state.gov/dv-2000.html ), and
it would make more sense.

Knowing the INS, entries mailed to last year's address are headed for
the recycle bin. SISS might issue an erratum. The problem is that if
INS takes the entries sent to that address into account, then submitting
a second entry to the correct address would disqualify the applicant...
I really would not know what to tell to the poor guy who already sent
its entry to DV-99.
