Hoi zaeme

I am currently putting together the information I have to send to the
Swiss Embassy for the waiver application and have two questions:

1. Can anybody of you who has successfully applied for a waiver give me
some tips about what to write and what to not write in the letter
why I want to get a waiver. Would something like "Having several
very interesting job offers", "Opportunity of a life-time",
"mutually beneficial to both the US economy and myself" and
"following the American Dream" be sufficient or are there other
   points which could help.

2. Would additional letters from either companies who made me an offer
or from well connected professors be helpful or a waste of time?

Any help is greatly appreciated
Michael
