Hello everybody,

The French governement ordered a study about coupling between
science-technology and industry. The author of the report is
Henri Guillaume. This report is at

The report is of course about the French situation, but there
are definitively some statements that sound familiar to a Swiss
ear. This report is quite a heavy stuff, but the abstract is
much lighter and interesting enough.
