swiss-list: Job server in Switzerland

Good news !... Vision is STARTING the project to set up a Web server in
Switzerland, that will collect as many scientific job offers as possible.

The next 2-3 weeks will be used to finalize the concept. I will let you know
the details as soon as I have them.
