You may also check the news with www.dejanews.com. They provide a useful
search tool. I checked myself without finding new information on your
question. I also checked a hot list for J-1 visa holder at the address:
<A HREF="http://www.usia.gov/abtusia/legal/gc/ht.htm">http://www.usia.gov/abtusia/legal/gc/ht.htm> with no more success.
