I'm afraid I cannot give you an answer to that question, but there are two
newsgroups, misc.immigration.usa and alt.visa.us that get questions
answered by immigration attorneys. There is also
<A HREF="http://www.immigration.com/">http://www.immigration.com/> which is a very informative site for visa
related questions. You might find something there.
