May update of the Swiss-List web site

Hi everybody,
             I updated the Swiss-List web pages. The changes are the
following:
> In the main page I added a link to the picture of the Swiss dinner at
  Elroys, and links to 2 new pages: the results of our phone charge
  contest and a page titled "Something to think about" that lists
  sites or papers of interest that have been mentionned on the mailing
  list.
> In general Swiss Web sites, I added Melody, a Swiss Web site in
  English, French, German and Italian with a lot of stuff about the
  SF Bay area.
> In tips for Swiss post-docs, I added a paragraph about phone rates.
> In some help to find a job, I added ESC a Swiss work agency who deals
  uniquely with engineers and scientists and GKB a site where you can
  post internet classified ads for diverse locations including Swiss
  cities.
> In San Francisco bay area, I added Concerts in the San Francisco Bay
  Area.
> And, as I mentionned earlier, I added 2 new pages: "The results of
  our phone charge contest" and "Something to think about".

As usual, I'll be very pleased by any feedback (if not nasty).
