Hi everybody,

Here is my $0.02 in the phone exchange...

We use MTC World Service (1-800-733-2682). They require sign-up, but there
is no monthly fee and no minimum. You access them when dialing Switzerland
by first dialing their access code "10047".

Their rates are flat, 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week:

Switzerland: $0.32
France: $0.30
Germany: $0.30
Canada: $0.19

I have been using them for a few months, and am very happy with the
service, the quality of the lines, etc... They bill you directly every
month (it doesn't appear on your phone bill), using very detailed and
clear invoices. Finally, you can register several numbers with them to be
billed to the same account, as long as they are in the same area code. In
our case, we have both phone and fax, as well as our cell phone on this
plan. It is very convenient.
