Hi Nico,
is this a pure USA tax situation ...or are you also paying taxes in CH?

If you have a mix, Caspar Spescha in NYC specializes in US-CH taxes.

If you are more concerned about your US tax situation, I have a good consultant who I trust in Corte Madera (Marin County). She is somewhat aware of int'l taxes because she herself owns property outside the USA. (not in CH)
