Dear Swiss-List members,
Let's meet next Wednesday at 7pm at our traditional place for summer:
the
Alpine Inn (3915 Alpine Rd, Portola Valley, CA).
It's located in the hills above Stanford. The place looks like an old
saloon, and you need to walk through the old bar area to get to the
outdoor
beer garden where we will be.
Directions from 280: take the Alpine Road exit and go west. Check your
odometer as you exit 280. Roughly 1.9 miles after turning off 280, turn
left
onto Arastadero Road (sign on left; hard to see, but the only left-hand
turn
for miles). Immediately after turning left on Arastadero, turn right
into
the parking lot of the Alpine Inn Beer Garden.
