sfbay: cafepress.com - any experiences with them?

Hi -

has anyone ever used them as an online store or just ordered from someone else's store??

I am going to set up an online store and was hoping to catch some good advice
and words of wisdom. They are very big in this business (probably the most
known in this area) and I guess pretty good.

I sure learned they never call you/email you back when you make a suggestion
for a new product, tried about 10 times by now
