Hallo

We are moving out of a nice three bedroom duplex in Sunnyvale.
The bedrooms have a good size, bathroom, douche, there is one living room,
smaller kitchen, place for the laundry, garage, backyard, front yard.
The house is across a apricot orchard, close to the Sunnyvale Community
Center in a nice neighborhood. The schools belong to the Cupertino district.
We paid a little bit less than $2000. We enjoyed living here.
