sfbay: 2 rooms for rent August or whole academic year

Two very private, cheerful, sunny, furnished rooms for rent in large
2-story townhouse in South Palo Alto, Located 15 minutes by bike from
Stanford University and near major shopping area; males and Stanford
connection preferred: for August or for whole academic year.

First room: $750 a month, large, DSL, TV, own bathroom, washer/dryer and
kitchen privileges, spacious, with double bed and small dining area,
small terrace out front to eat and study.

Second room: $685, cheerful, light, smaller room, TV, radio, DSL, own
bathroom, washer/dryer and kitchen privileges, shared small terrace in
front of room.

The two story townhouse is located in a private community and includes
tennis court, pool, hot tub, and sauna. Although we dont share the
house, were there for each other in times of emergency and once in a
while have dinner together or do other things together with friends.
Shared utilities and cleaning lady.
