sfbay: Looking for office space

Hi everyone,

I am currently working for a start-up called Brixlogic and we are currently
looking for office space in San Francisco.
As any start-up we are not super rich and we are looking to lease or
sub-lease a small office for 500$ max per month, with a surface of
300-500sqf (3-4 people).

I know there are lots of "For lease" signs out there but they all are big
surfaces.
Every lead or help is welcomed
