sfbay: Binders

Does anyone know whether Swiss style binders (known as Bundesordner or
classeur federal with 2 ring instead of the US 3 ring binders) can be
found anywhere in the bay area? I was in several places that sell office
supply like Office Depot, Staples, Fry's etc. however could not find
anything.
