Hi Florian,
down in the San Jose area, the better grocery stores have raclette
cheese. It is scliced in wedges, but available. Try a store like
Andronicos, Molly Stones, Whole Foods, They probably have it
For sure the cheese store in the Town and Country village in Palo Alto
has it, I think it is mentioned in the food page
