Have you seen any company in Europe that has American style return
policies?

Migros is pretty good (my wife used to work on their CRM system and has
some hilarious stories about customers returning and rebuying the same
toaster model every month based on the closeness to their payday) and
COOP was ok too, but otherwise I am hardly aware of any retailer having
good return policies.
