The closest thing to a Fry's is a Media Markt. They are all over but the
one I go to is co-located with IKEA just north of Bern. I know there are a
couple in Zurich.

Your next bet (but not with as good prices) is Interdiscount. Again a chain
that is all over CH.

Hello there,
now that I (involuntarily) returned to Switzerland, and what's more to a
part of Switzerland that I don't really know, there is one thing I'm
really missing from the Bay Area:

I need a shop like Fry's, that sells everything electric or electronic, with
a wide selection at the lowest in-store prices.
