sfbay: Cheap DVD player that plays region 2 PAL DVD on NTSC TV

Nob Hill (the grocery store!) is currently selling a DVD player that can be
upgraded to play discs from any region, and it can even play NTSC discs on PAL
TV and vice versa. Perfect to play those European DVDs here. And best of all,
it only costs $100. It also plays VCD, CD and MP3 CD. Got mine from the Nob
Hill at Snell/ Santa Theresa. In case you care about the ability to play DVD
from any regions its probably about the cheapest you can get.
