This could be perfect for someone moving from Switzerland to the SF Bay area
and needing a temporary place to stay while looking for the more permanent
place.

 Bright, spacious room available in the beautiful Oakland Hills above
Montclair (Pineneedle Dr. off Broadway Terrace). You do need a vehicle to
get up the hill (no public transportation), unless you are a very avid
biker. There are five other very pleasant housemates (3 male, 2 female). You
need to be a non-smoker (no smoking outside either) and petless.
Kitchen/food/ chores are shared, no scheduled communal meals. My room shares
a bathroom with one other person. Living room has a fireplace. There is
already one cat in the house. Person needs to be able to take care of my
plants while I'm gone.

 Available: Aug1-Sept17 (or longer).
 Monthly rent: $ 408 plus utilities.
