...and while we're on this subject:
The Cheese Board (Berkeley, Shattuck) has great cheeses
as well as that wonderful cheese shop (forgot the name) down on San Pablo
Ave (Berkeley, near University Ave.) that carries a vast range of European
cheeses - the store looks a little grotty from the outside, but their
collection of cheeses makes up for it.
There are also several stores in New Glarus (WI) that take mail resp.
online orders for Swiss foods and memorabilia. Note sure how they fare on
cheeses though.
Has anyone found a *GOOD* and authentic Swiss restaurant in the Bay Area
yet?
Happy weekend! __darry
