Whole Foods has some sets, too. The one with a ceramic pot is $117 (ouch),
and they have one with a cast iron. Don't know which one you consider
classic :-) Both are pretty decent.

Whole Foods at California and Franklin had Vacherin today, but not Gruyere,
just the Wisconsin copy.
