Hi everyone,

I'm in the process of choosing a mobile phone provider in New York City.
I'm thinking of taking VoiceStream, because apparently they provide good service and
signal reception, and I can use the phone in Europe.

I'm thinking of starting with their $40 plan, but would like to be able to downgrade,
with no charges, if necessary. One salesperson told me that it would cost me $45 and
an other one told me that it is free ...

Any experience to share would be welcome
